Design ideas for Haringey Warehouse District sites

We have prepared some initial design ideas for the redevelopment of several major strategic sites in the Haringey Warehouse District, north London. It is a predominantly industrial area with strong links to the textile manufacturing trade, however more recently many of the remaining industrial buildings have become home to a growing number of live-work spaces, inhabited by a largely creative community.

The sites present a fantastic opportunity to build upon the existing industrial character of the area, provide new pedestrian connections and public spaces, and create a vibrant mix of uses. Our proposals intend to reconnect the sites with the local area through the creation of new streets, a series of public spaces and new landscape links to the nearby New River. A combination of cafes, restaurants, workspaces and apartments with compliment existing industrial uses and create a thriving creative hub that can be enjoyed by the local community.
